Who We Are

PharmaLogiq is the independent consultancy of Dr Clare Bolton — a clinical AI strategist and senior pharmaceutical leader with a PhD in Immunology, a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School, and over 25 years of experience spanning the full drug development continuum.

Clare has held senior global roles at AstraZeneca and Boehringer Ingelheim, leading enterprise clinical innovation strategy, R&D digital transformation, and AI/ML integration across immunology, respiratory, CVRM, and specialty medicines. Most recently commissioned by ARIA (the Advanced Research and Invention Agency) to design the observational data collection strategy for their £50M Hypersensory Intelligence programme — a flagship UK government AI initiative spanning biomarker discovery and cross-domain machine learning.

Clare completed the MIT Sloan Executive Programme in AI in Pharma and Biotech in 2026 and brings rare fluency across both the scientific and technological — translating what AI can genuinely deliver in clinical R&D into strategies that are rigorous, commercially grounded, and practically deployable.
